Guidelines for Acceptable Text and Graphic File Formats
Editorial Submission Guidelines:
Are you a vendor or manufacturer introducing a new product or service to the market?
If so, consider submitting your new product release for inclusion
in Surgical Products. Please use the guidelines below when submitting materials.
What We Need From You
In general, the more information you send us, the better. When you send us a release, please include the following:
A technical description of the product. Tell us what it is, why it's important, and what it does.
Key specifications. Be as specific as possible.
A complete data sheet (if available). We can often pick out key specs that you haven't included in your release. Application notes
or other supporting information is helpful.
Your complete mailing address. Please also provide
us with a phone number, fax number and URL.
Product photographs & images: Please send color
artwork (i.e. photos, slides, transparencies, or high resolution
electronic images). We regret that photos and slides cannot
be returned.
The name, phone number, and fax number for your editorial contact.
